How do I return an item?
What is our return policy?
For All Returns or Exchanges
You
must call for Approval and a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Any
packages received without a number will be refused upon delivery.
Please have your order number or the name the order was placed under

PLEASE NOTE: We
will pay all return or replacement shipping costs if the return or
replacement is a result of our error, but you must make the error known
within 30 days of receiving your package.
For Returns or Exchanges within 30 days of receiving your package:
You must call for Approval and a Return
Authorization (RA) Number. You may return unused items in the original
packaging that are in sellable condition for a full refund of the
product. We will only deduct the original shipping charge from your
refund; there will be no re-stocking fee. You may choose a full refund
in the original payment method or in store credit. We must receive
your return within 12 business days or there will be a restocking fee
of $5 deducted from your refund.
Please allow 24 hours for us to issue the refund
once we have received your return and 5-10 business days for your bank
to process it. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've
received and processed the returned item.
For Returns or Exchanges within 90 days of receiving your package:
You
must call for Approval and a Return Authorization (RA) Number. You may
return unused items in the original packaging that are in sellable
condition for a store credit, minus the original shipping costs. There
will be no restocking fee.
If we do not receive your return within 12 business days there will be a restocking fee of $5 deducted from your refund.
Please allow 24 hours for us to issue the refund
once we have received your return and 5-10 business days for your bank
to process it. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've
received and processed the returned item.
Items that may not be returned:
Books, DVD’s,
No returns on international shipments.
